For one week in August, York County eats out together. From August 19 through 26, more than twenty restaurants across the county — us among them — put out special menus at friendly prices for YoCo Taste Trail Week, the county’s restaurant week. It’s a week to wander the local food scene, try a room you’ve been meaning to visit, or come back to a favorite. We’re glad to have a seat on the trail.
How the Taste Trail Works
The idea is simple. Each participating restaurant puts out a special menu for the week, priced to make trying somewhere new easy. You don’t need a ticket to eat — just come by during the week and order the Taste Trail menu. But the part worth signing up for is the Taste Trail Week Pass.
Register for the pass through York County’s Taste Trail Week page and you’re entered for a chance to win a $250 gift card to the participating restaurant of your choice. The pass is also your map for the week — the full list of restaurants and their menus lives in one place, updated as each spot submits its own. Sign up, make your plan, and go.
Sign up for the pass and you’re in the running for a $250 gift card to any restaurant on the trail — including this one.
Sign up for the Taste Trail Week Pass at visityorkcounty.com. If you’d rather ask a person, the York County Visitors Center can point you the right way at 803.329.5200.
