Every plate that goes out starts here. The dish station is where the kitchen keeps its footing — when it runs well, everything runs well. When it falls behind, everyone feels it. It’s not a glamorous job. It’s an essential one.

We’re looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and ready to show up and do the job right. No experience necessary. What matters is that you’re steady, you move with purpose, and you take pride in work that most people don’t notice until it’s not done.

The Role

What the Work Looks Like

You’ll keep the dish station running through service — washing, sanitizing, and returning clean ware to the kitchen so the line never waits. It’s physical work in a hot, fast environment. The pace is real, especially on weekends. So is the satisfaction of keeping up with it.

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware continuously through service
  • Keep the dish station organized and clear — an overloaded station slows everyone down
  • Return clean ware to the correct places so the kitchen and bar can find what they need
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed
  • Take out trash and break down boxes as part of the regular rotation
  • Sweep and mop as directed before, during, and after service
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift
What You Bring

What You Bring

No prior experience required. We’ll show you how we do things. What we can’t teach is the attitude — and that’s what we’re really hiring for.

  • Reliability — you show up on time, every shift you’re scheduled
  • The ability to stay focused and keep moving in a loud, fast, physical environment
  • A willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
  • Comfort being on your feet for the full length of a shift
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
What You Get

We Take Care of the People
Who Take Care of the Brae

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time positions available
  • Employee meal benefit
  • A kitchen that runs with respect — for the work and for the people doing it
A Note on Culture

A Note on Culture

At Maisie’s, the back of house and the front of house are the same team. The person running the dish station is as much a part of what makes a good night happen as anyone on the floor. We know that, and we don’t pretend otherwise.

If you’re someone who works hard, takes the job seriously, and wants to be part of something worth showing up for — this is a good place to start.
