Dips and Dressings
Cocktails

Rum, mango, lime, and fresh cucumber. The kind of drink that happens when the water’s visible and the afternoon has nowhere to be.

Vodka, Aperol, passionfruit, citrus, and mint. Light enough to start. Good enough to stay.

Vodka or gin — your call — with honeydew, lime, and prosecco. No dress code. No wrong answer.

Tequila, fresh blackberries, lemon, and prosecco. Starts grounded. Finishes bright.

Gin, grapefruit, lemon, and basil. Clean and a little sharp — the lake in the morning before it gets too warm.
Tequila, egg white, honey, lime, and blue curaçao. Silky. Still. The lake on a windless evening.

Vodka or gin, apple, lemon, and Peychaud’s bitters. Dry and precise. Alba means dawn in Scottish Gaelic. First light over the brae.

Bourbon, sweet vermouth, rosemary, citrus, and bitters. Stirred slow. Named for a neighborhood that knows how to take its time.

Scotch, apple demerara, and bitters. An old form, done right. The apple earns its place.
Mocktails
Maisie thinks that if you choose a non-alcohol path like her or are a designated driver, then you have the right to something besides soda or water. So, we made you these.

Honeydew, fresh thyme, lemon, and honey. When everything is as it should be.
Blackberries, mint, lime, and soda. Beauty more than surface deep.
Blackberry, apple, lemon, and soda. End-of-day color in a glass. Worth lingering over.
Wine
Green apple, pear, citrus, a whisper of fresh bread. Dry and light. Doesn’t wait for a special occasion.
Pear, green apple, citrus, a clean saline finish. Sicilian sun, none of the weight. Easy to like.
Grapefruit, lime, and sweet herbs. Crisp, not sharp. Made for the first warm afternoon.
Green apple, stone fruit, citrus. Lean, not buttery. For people who thought they didn’t like Chardonnay.
Strawberry, dried cherry, a little clove. Soft and light on its feet. Asks nothing of the evening.
Wild cherry, blueberry, thyme, a salt-and-stone finish. Sotabosc is Catalan for underbrush. Tastes like the hillside.
Black cherry, currant, a little barrel toast. Big fruit, soft tannins. Pour it next to the grill.
Blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, a little smoke. Unapologetically hedonistic. Order it with something fired or fiery. Without regret.
